Featuring vibrant, colorful paintings by the gallery’s award-winning landscape and still-life painters, including plein air painters Betty Carr, Howard Carr, Bill Cramer,  Joshua Been, Marcia Molnar, Susie Hyer, Gregory Stocks, Troy Collins, E.J. Paprocki, and more.   Also featured are paintings by wildlife artists Adele Earnshaw, Joe Garcia, Amy Lay, Jennifer O’Cualain, Stephen J. Krasemann, and Corrina Johnson as well as sculpture by gallery artists.

Sculpting the West – Annual Sculpture Show

Mountain Trails Gallery celebrates fine art sculpture by leading artists from the West at its Annual Sculpting the West show. Bronze sculpture by Bryce Pettit, Dustin Payne CA, David Lemon, Deon Duncan, Gary Lee Price, Jason Napier, Jim Gilmore, Mark Edward Adams, Michael Trcic, Raymond Gibby, Ron Gaines, Scott Rogers, Susan Kliewer, Vic Payne, Walt Horton will be featured as well as new clay model works-in-progress by these award-winning artists. Also featuring “Giving Thanks” by Deborah Copenhaver Fellows.

1st Friday Gallery Tour


 

On the 1st Friday of each month, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm, members of the Sedona Gallery Association, including Mountain Trails Galleries, offer a unique monthly showcase highlighting artists, special exhibits, and art events.

 

These special art receptions give locals and Sedona visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments while beginning their weekends with an exploration of Sedona’s exciting art scene.

JANUARY 2018

Winter Light:  Painting and Sculpture  

Mountain Trails Gallery celebrates new horizons of 2018 with landscape paintings of sparkling snow in Red Rock Country, warm sunrises, and colorful sunsets by award-winning Western artists. Also, story-telling bronze sculpture, still life paintings and figurative realism.

 

FEBRUARY 2018

Reception:  First Friday, February 2, 2018, 5-8pm                                 

Painting demo by Terry Cooke Hall:  Friday, February 16, 2017, 11am-3pm

Contemporary figurative Western artist Terry Cooke Hall brings inspiration to Mountain Trails Gallery with new paintings from her ‘Timeless West’ collection. Known for her complex pattern paintings influenced by the colorful pageantry of Montana’s intertribal Crow Fair Pow Wow, Terry will give a painting demonstration in the gallery on Friday, February 16, from 11am to 3pm.  Also inspiring are detailed figurative paintings honoring various native cultures by Lisa Danielle, Vicki Catapano, Krystii Melaine, Marcia Molnar, Steven Lang, Andrew Bolam, and Jim Hagstrom, as well as intricate figurative bronze sculpture by Susan Kliewer, Michael Trcic, Scott Rogers, Vic Payne, Dustin Payne, and Deon Duncan.
